Just what constitutes a blissful night’s sleep depends on the sleeper’s preference in mattresses. Bouncy or still, firm or sinkably soft? Warm or cool, cashmere or cotton? Memory foam or inner spring? The height of luxury or affordable comfort?
The almost infinite range of personal options are available from a single company now that two iconic brands, Tempur-Pedic and Sealy, have joined forces. A leader in the premium mattress and specialty sleep segment, Tempur-Pedic advanced its global footprint through its acquisition of Sealy, which has provided comfortable sleep to generations of Americans as far back as 1881.
Tempur Sealy recently invested $18 million in its new, 128,000 square foot international headquarters building. The construction project created 772 jobs, including 65 new jobs at Tempur Sealy, and generated a $72.8 million annual boost to the Kentucky economy.
Wyatt assisted Tempur Sealy in the negotiation of the ground lease for its new headquarters, as well as the construction of that building. Wyatt also advises and assists the company with a variety of employment law matters.
