Bill Hollander is the Firm's Managing Partner, Chair of the Executive Committee and a member of the Firm's Intellectual Property Protection & Litigation Service Team. As Managing Partner, Bill leads the Firm's strategic and growth activities, helps clients connect with Wyatt attorneys and provides clients and staff the support necessary to achieve client objectives. As an intellectual property attorney, Bill concentrates his practice in the areas of trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, covenants not to compete, patents, unfair competition, privacy and litigation in all of those areas.

Representative Matters
As Managing Partner, Bill works with Wyatt staff to create an atmosphere where the focus remains on the client's success. - Heaven Hill Distilleries, Inc., the nation's largest independent family-owned producer of distilled spirits products, in the acquisition of numerous brands from domestic and foreign companies and the protection of all of the company's brands around the world
- Breeders' Cup Limited in the protection of the Breeders' Cup World Championship marks throughout the world
