  • Heaven Hill Distilleries, Inc., the nation's largest independent family-owned producer of distilled spirits products, in the acquisition of numerous brands from domestic and foreign companies and the protection of all of the company's brands around the world
  • Breeders' Cup Limited in the protection of the Breeders' Cup World Championship marks throughout the world

• Assisting businesses derive value from their intellectual property, including representation of Ducks Unlimited, a nationally-known membership organization with a very active trademark licensing program.
