Mr. McGowin represents a wide variety of businesses in the areas of general corporate, entity tax planning and transactional law including:
- Assisting a regional health care provider in the structuring, implementation and maintenance of a complex capital structure designed to comply with the medical practice laws of various states.
- The development and implementation of a succession plan for family-held business.
- The drafting and negotiating of documentation with respect to other business life-cycle events including mergers, acquisitions, loan transactions, asset sales and purchases, and the issuance, assignment and redemption of company equity.
He is also experienced in forming, capitalizing and drafting complex Operating Agreements for a variety of businesses including physician's practices, investment funds, family investment vehicles as well as other operating businesses.
