Jeff Yussman is a member of the Firm’s Trusts, Estates & Personal Planning Service Team.  In addition to his traditional estate planning practice, Mr. Yussman has a passion for planning for individuals with special needs and has extensive experience in the preparation and administration of special needs trusts and 529A (ABLE) accounts for people with physical and mental illness.  Jeff chairs the firm’s government benefits and special needs practice division of his Service Team.
