J. Elizabeth Boggs brings over 30 years of experience to the Firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Service Team. She assists with the day to day management of Chapter 11 cases and adversary proceedings, including the preparation and electronic filing of court documents.

Representative Matters
- Serves as lead paralegal in the management of several multi-million dollar coal mining Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, including a case in which over 250,000 client documents were processed; maintains calendars for objection deadlines, hearing dates, response dates, and general overview of cases.
- Assists Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee with the administration of court appointed cases; duties include liquidating any asset beneficial to the estate by arranging the sale of personal and real property and recovering non-exempt assets, managing all funds collected, preparing final distributions to creditors, and final closing of the estate.
- Assists with bankruptcy cases in numerous courts including the Eastern and Western District Courts of Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Delaware and Florida.
