Two highly regarded health care attorneys, Charles Key and Elizabeth O'Keeffe, have joined forces to spearhead Wyatt's health care practice in Memphis.
Mr. Key concentrates his practice on regulation of provider conduct, Medicare reimbursement, antitrust, insurance, privacy of health information, medical peer review, managed care, licensing, and general health law.
He has represented physicians, physician groups, hospitals, and other health care providers, and provided counseling in more traditional legal areas such as choice of business form, corporate governance, employment and basic tax issues.
Ms. O'Keeffe concentrates her practice in the areas of ehealth, social media, corporate compliance and regulatory issues, corporate transactions and governance, clinical research, privacy and security, and oversight of all matters associated with the regulation of the health care clinical enterprise.
She has assisted an academic medical center in setting up telehealth contracts in rural areas to provide health care across Mississippi. Ms. O'Keeffe has also advised healthcare clients in areas related to contracts, HIPAA/HITECH, EMTALA, fraud and abuse, licensure, medical staff matters and various other patient care and regulatory matters.
