Agreement to terms of usage as prerequisite to using website.

The exclusive venue for any arbitration proceeding shall be Louisville, Kentucky. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Pending the completion of arbitration, Wyatt may seek any interim or preliminary relief necessary to protect its rights or property from any court of competent jurisdiction. Any action related to the Website will be governed by Kentucky law and U.S.A. federal law.
