Bank of Bartlett
Bank of Bartlett opened its doors in 1980 and has grown to eight convenient locations serving the metropolitan area of Memphis. Bank of Bartlett is one of the fifth largest locally owned banks in Memphis and has financed more than 25,000 homes in its market. The bank is recognized for its expertise in working with businesses, churches, and homeowners to help achieve their financial goals.
While specializing in business & homeowner loans in its core market areas, Bank of Bartlett is proud of its commitment to the entire community. Bank of Bartlett has committed millions of dollars in loans to support new developments and renovations in downtown Memphis knowing that a city is only as strong as its core. In fact, Bank of Bartlett was a pioneer in downtown Memphis redevelopment making a complicated but good loan for the residential component of the redeveloped Central Station — a major success story — when the area’s larger banks were reluctant to make this type of loan.
Bank of Bartlett is proud to be known for its enthusiastic community service on behalf of schools, universities, & charities with many of its directors, executives, and staff serving on their boards. Bank of Bartlett is known as a “go to business” always ready to lend a helping hand & expertise when the community needs to come together for a common goal.
Wyatt represents the Bank of Bartlett on a variety of lending matters.
