Intellectual Property Partner

Join our growing team of IP lawyers, with experience in patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and litigation in each of these areas. Our clients include well recognized international consumer brands, as well as manufacturers, laboratories, universities, and other on the cutting edge of technology. A client's quote published in Chambers USA America's Leading Lawyers for Business states, "The firm has performed very well – it has been both informative and timely in all of its work. The firm has the core group of knowledge and skills that are essential in maneuvering the patent process as well as the network to offer international connections.”  Candidates for this position should have at least 10 years of experience in this area, preferably with patents, and a book of business that can grow when combined with that of our other professionals.  

Environmental Partner

Our work involves both regulatory and litigation matters, as well as support for our transactional practice.  A client’s quote in Chambers USA America's Leading Lawyers for Business  states “The firm has handled all matters expeditiously and efficiently with great outcomes for our company.  All the environmental attorneys within the firm that I work with have an exceptional knowledge of federal, state and local environmental laws and regulations, and a good rapport with the regulatory community.”  Candidates for this position should have at least 10 years of solid experience in this area of law, particularly on the regulatory and transactional side.
