Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP

Henry E. Kinser is a member of the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team, and has served as chair of the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice and member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He concentrates his practice in the areas of tort, insurance and business litigation, with an emphasis on complex litigation. He is an experienced trial lawyer with over 100 jury trials.

Counsel for banking institutions in lender liability litigation, including class actions and director liability claims.
Counsel for consumer loan institutions in defending various types of litigation, including class actions.
Counsel for life, health and property and casualty insurance companies in defending various types of litigation, including class actions and ERISA claims.
