Klinton W. Alexander is a member of the Governmental Affairs & Regulated Industries Service Team. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, government affairs and international law. He has represented numerous clients in federal and state court litigation and in arbitrations before various governing bodies, including the American Arbitration Association and the International Chamber of Commerce. He also counsels clients on international trade issues, including customs, export controls, trade sanctions, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, antidumping and countervailing duties, antiboycott measures, WTO and NAFTA rules and procedures, and business immigration (visa) matters.
