G. Alexander Hamilton is a member of the Firm's Tax, Business & Personal Planning Service Team.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of employee benefits including the design, implementation and termination of qualified retirement plans, including ESOPs, health and welfare plans, nonqualified deferred compensation, stock options, and other executive compensation arrangements.  He has extensive experience in handling and negotiating benefits issues in business transactions.  His practice also includes benefits controversies and litigation.
