Successfully obtained injunctive relief for a Fortune 500 company against a former employee who had been receiving "kick back" payments from various customers and suppliers
Represented international client on a $1.9 Billion sale of tobacco subsidiary
Represented various clients in multi-state asbestos litigation
Successfully obtained injunctive relief and ultimately settled a matter for a corporation against former employees who were allegedly breaching their non-compete agreements with the corporation
Defended an international company on various claims, including actions alleging products liability, negligence, fraud and violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act

Represented local land developer and investors in lawsuit alleging a breach of contract for the other party's failure to remit substantial funds pursuant to a contract entered into by the parties
Defended national wireless telephone company in a breach of contract action
