Marion S. Boyd, Jr. is a member of the Firm's Corporate & Securities Service Team. He concentrates his practice in the general corporate, corporate finance, securities and banking law areas and has experience with bank regulatory issues and in the area of mergers and other business combinations affecting banks, savings associations and bank holding companies. He also practices in the estate planning and probate areas and has significant exposure to dredging issues incidental to the resolution of a major international dredging contract dispute.
