P. Branden Gross is a member of the Firm's Real Estate & Construction Service Team. He concentrates his practice in all areas of real estate.

Representative Matters

Mr. Gross handles real estate transactions, including foreclosures, acquisitions, financing, zoning hearings, shopping centers, landlord and tenant rights, boat docks, condominiums, and coal, oil, gas and timber rights. He has been first chair to several multi-million dollar real estate transactions representing both purchasers, sellers, and lenders.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Gross was an associate at a boutique law firm, extensively handling residential transactions, title examinations and residential foreclosures.
